In Spanish, el fogón is the hearth — the open fire at the heart of every Latin kitchen. We built this restaurant around that idea: bold flavors, honest cooking, food that brings people together.
Five Countries, One Kitchen
Our menu spans Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico — not fusion, but each tradition done right. Pupusas, Bandeja Paisa, ceviche, carne asada tacos — every dish has a homeland.
The Owner's Table
Our owner walks the dining room every service, checking on every table. More than once, guests have been surprised with a round of housemade ice cream on the house — that's just how we were raised.
Chesapeake Found Its Kitchen
We opened on South Military Highway and the community showed up — through TikTok, word of mouth, and sheer loyalty. First-timers become regulars; regulars become family.
